Caneflower Cocktail Recipe

The Caneflower Cocktail is rust-colored and bittersweet with Cachaça and elderflower. A must-try cocktail for its ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Cachaça
22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Aperol
15 ml / ½ oz. elderflower liqueur

METHOD

Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
Strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange zest twist.
