The refreshing cocktail The Moment represents the complex flavours of live – sweet, sour and bitter – and some unforgettable and untameable moments. The cocktail was created 2017 by Pawan Singh Rawat at Grappa Bar – Shingri-La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, India.
- 60 ml/ 2 oz. light rum
- 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. pomegranate juice
- 30 ml/ 1 oz. Prosecco
- 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. freschly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml/ ½ oz. Ramazotti
- 5 ml/ ⅙ oz. sugar cane syrup
- Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice.
- Add the ingredients and stir until chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled collins glass
- Garnish with lemon slice.
